We’ve taken our passion for building community and fused together two of our loves – a modern coffeeshop and an elixir lounge specializing in craft coffee, tea & cocktails. With scratch made breakfast served 7am-12pm daily, it’s the perfect place to hang out at any time of the day.

From house batching our Cold Brew, to house-made syrups, to perfectly dialing in our espresso every morning, we strive to give the most consistent and tasty coffee every time. Visit us 7 days a week as early as 7am.
Elixir Lounge
Open Fridays & Saturdays, our candle-lit lounge serves up craft cocktails and fine Italian wines paired with artisan flatbreads and charcuterie boards. You’ll hear Sultry Jazz music on the speakers creating an elegant, yet casual vibe. Experience an elevated atmosphere for date night or with friends, right here on FM 1488.

Galindos has THE BEST COFFEE in Montgomery County y’all! They have some awesome nondairy milks and their mochas are delicious and it’s a DREAM coffee shop for me! I love every single drink they make, you must stop by and give them a try.
I had the pleasure of seeing their booth in market street which was clean, organized, quick and very interactive! The owner (Zak) and his wife (Sophie) were taking orders all day and even past the time the booth was supposed to be open! I ordered the Lavender latte per the owner’s recommendation and it was the best latte I’ve ever had. If you ever find yourself looking for great coffee and amazing service chose Galindos!
I stopped by to pick up some coffee beans. I was surprised by the unbranded glass jar with just a tag that lists the coffee bean origin and roast date. It turns out that these Ethiopian single origin beans are perfectly roasted and have fantastically smooth flavor notes. This is one of the best Ethiopian beans I have had among many of the roasters in Houston. This shop doesn’t do the roasting but their source for these beans did an amazing job.
We just had Coffee + Elixirs and it was by far some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! Not just here in Texas! I had the Oh La Lavender and my husband had the Guatemalan pour over. My drink was wonderfully flavored and my husband said his was super flavorful and delicious. It’s a clean place with tasteful decor. The customer service was five stars! They were helpful, kind and on top of filling up our waters.
